Wonder what the logo means?

Tardigrades or “water bears” are fascinating creatures. As pioneer species, they inhabit new environments, paving the way for other microorganisms to follow. I saw one under the microscope during my first week working at a wastewater treatment plant. Fresh out of my civil engineering degree, I never thought I’d be forever enamored of what happens under water and I’d make it my career to understand it and engineer it.
